When Matt asks her on a date, Alex thinks he’s joking. Then, when it becomes apparent he’s serious about taking her out, she realises he’s just trying to be a nice friend and decides there’s no harm in humouring him. Of course - it wasn’t like they were actually going on a date, not like that because - well because they were friends, and he was obviously much too young to be interested in somebody like her. Wasn’t he?

This is going to be a multi-chapter darlings, probably not too epically long though. This first chap is a short intro but I have a lot written already so I’ll post the next tommorow :)
